Terms & Conditions

1. Pictures are for illustratative purposes only and products may differ slightly from the pictures seen.
   
   
2. All prices and special offers are subject to product availability and may change at any time.
   
   
3. Payment for products is not taken from your credit or debit card until the products are due for delivery.
   
   
4. In the unlikely event that a product is not available, a member of staff will contact you to discuss suitable alternative products. You do however have the right to cancel your order should the requested product be unavailable.
   
   
5. Should a product be out of stock, we will let you know when the next expected delivery date is and establish whether this date will meet your requirements.
   
   
6. We aim to despatch the goods as soon as payment is received by our Bank, subject to stock availability.
   
   
7. Delivery is Free unless otherwise stated in the Carriage Charge Box.
   
   
8. Delivery on items where stated in the Carriage Charge box in the UK and Europe is £8.00.
   
   
9. Upon receipt of your order an e-mail should be sent to you confirming your order details. You have up to 48 hours to amend any details by contacting info@bullseyeinternation.co.uk . After 48 hours you will be liable for the full cost of the order.
   
   
10. All of our prices listed on our site include VAT.
    
    
11. Should there be a mistake made by Bulls Eye International Ltd with regards to your order, then we will endeavour to put right our mistakes as soon as possible.
    
    
12. We must be notified by e-mail at info@bullseyeinternation.co.uk of any damaged deliveries within two weeks of the delivery date, otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted for credit or replacement.
    
    
13. Returns - Should you wish to return an item please follow this procedure:
    
    
    1. Contact us by e-mail before despatching the goods at info@bullseyeinternation.co.uk, this will enable us to track your return and make a swift refund.
       
       
    2. Pack the goods carefully ensuring that there is plenty of cushioning material between items and that they cannot rub together while in transit. They must be received in resaleable condition for a refund to be made.

    4. Please notify us when they have been despatched on info@bullseyeinternation.co.uk. We will return the cost of cancelled product within 30 days of receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
